We are sorry you are having issues with Discord. We would suggest that you do the following:
1. Log out and log back in to your Discord account. To do that, you can click on the cogwheel icon on the bottom left part of your screen near your profile photo (Figure 1.1). You can then scroll down to the bottom left of the screen to see the Log Out button (Figure 1.2). Finally, you will be taken to the log in page where you can put your username/email address and password to log back in (Figure 1.3).

2. If you are using a browser to access Discord, kindly click on the Refresh button to see if it will resolve the issue. Most technical issues with websites are resolved when you refresh the webpage. If this doesn't work, follow Step 1.
